Do you thrive in a role where you can delve into labor law issues? Are you someone who enjoys having many contacts, both internally and externally? Then this could be the position for you! We are now looking for an HR strategist focused on agreements and negotiations.
About the Position
As an HR strategist, you will be part of a team that, together with the negotiation manager, drives and develops employer policy. Your assignment includes labor law contract interpretation and implementation, representing the employer in dispute negotiations and local collective agreement signing, as well as providing qualified labor law support to HR colleagues and municipal managers. You will support the negotiation manager in representing the employer in local and central negotiations, and you will work together for a strategic and uniform application of agreements, while each of you deepens your knowledge in relevant areas. The role also involves developing internal processes and working methods, as well as monitoring the external environment and engaging with research and development in the HR field, particularly labor law.

You will also monitor and interpret new and changed laws, agreements, and regulations, and incorporate and apply these in Örebro Municipality's work. With the aim of creating the best and most relevant support possible for HR employees and the organization's managers, you will be an important part of the HR department's work from a holistic perspective. Tasks in other areas of HR may also arise based on existing needs.

About the Workplace
The HR department consists of approximately 90 employees who provide support in personnel and employer issues. We are part of the Municipal Management Administration, whose mission is to lead, govern, monitor, and develop the municipality and offer effective support to all operations.
The position is located in the unit for long-term competence supply, but you will work closely with the negotiation manager and other strategic colleagues in agreements and negotiations. You have great opportunities to influence and develop our internal routines and working methods. You will become part of a wonderful team of colleagues with a lot of expertise and an open culture where knowledge is freely shared. We have annual working hours and some opportunities for remote work, which means you have significant responsibility for your planning and great flexibility in managing your working hours, of course based on our operational needs.
We work in activity-based newly renovated fresh premises at Åbylunden 1 located in Örnsro.
